Multiple users unable to do edit template in Nprinting

Nprinting is allowing only one user to open designer when clicking on edit template even we have designer installed on local desktop .Any configuration settings need to be done ?

1.Server and client both has version 17 installed

2.We are using URL to connect to server from client

are you trying to edit the same template by two users in the same time ?

if so you want be able to do so and for a good reason because the users will overwrite each other work

No Different reports ,I am getting the message something like 'Only one instance of publisher designer can run'

does the two user get this error or just one of them

sometimes you can click on the designer but it only opened in the background

check in your task manager if you see an open Designer session running if so

kill him manually then try to open the designer
