N priting issue while editing the template.

Hi,

Whenever I am trying to EDIT the n printing report, it is showing the message as,

"you'll need a new app to open this link".

Could you please suggest how to go ahead because I am unable to edit the template in n printing.

Hi,

Currently, my n printing version is Feb 2021.

Is there any compatibility issue with this.

Yes

Very much so @deep2021

 

This is a very significant problem that may cause report corruption or other unintended report output results.

To ensure all will work normally ensure the version of NPrinting Designer is the same version as the NP server.

  • Qlik NPrinting Designer must be the same version as Qlik NPrinting Server.

Did you perform ALL the steps in the article?

It is crucial to follow all the steps.

 

Set your zoom settings to 100 percent on all monitors your computer is connected to

Restart the computer

etc
