Hi everybody,
I install the NP june in my VW. And when I use https://localhost:4993/ It shows OK.
But when I use https://pc-008:4993/ at my local PC, ERROR comes .(pc-008 is my VM Host name.)
I try to click the 'login' and refresh, but no success.
What's wrong?
Thanks.
Hi,
Try with IP address Instead of host name. because your server host name combine with your DNS domain server.
like this hostname.company.local
Thanks,Deva
Thanks, I use my IP address, it is OK. But when I edited template, the NP desiger did not show. What's wrong?
(Of course ,in my VM,evrything is OK)
Hi,
You have to check with network team did they allow and add the port number 4993 in network system. If not kindly check with them or you can check this with telnet system as well as.

Anand

Hi,
Just wanted check, did you installed NP Designer client version 17 in your desktop? If so then make sure profile have permissions to edit/create reports (may you can set admin privileges)?
Thanks,
Deva
Yes I install NP designer 17.4.0.0 in my VM and local PC, the newest version and the same version with server.
it is OK in VM using the account Administrator. Used the same account in my local PC, the error shows. So this account Administrator has the prtmissions to edit/create reports. Anything else? Or I need to provide other message?
Thanks
Maybe the VW and the local PC are not in the domain?
