We have installed Nprinting software ( Version: 17.3.0.0) in one of our servers(Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard, 64-bit OS). and created an engine with a name of Engine1 in Engine Manager.
Now, the status of Engine1 in showing offline and we are unable to make it online or edit it.
We have tried to recreate the same after deleting the engine, but of no use, as it is getting offline again.
17.3 is a very old version so please as first step install latest version (November 2018). Note that starting from November 2018 you must set a password during the Qlik NPrinting Engine installation.
After installing November 2018 check if the new version of the Engine goes online.
