NPRINTING 17 Power Point Image is blank when running task

We are in the process of migrating from NPRINTING 16 to 17, and this was an easy transition for the most part.

However, I have a question. When I run report using On-Demand button in QlikView my report looks great, when running the same report using Task and Filters in NPRINTING, some of the images in the Power Point are blank. Is this a known bug or is there workaround?

I saw your post and wanted to respond.

I need a little bit more information to assist you. Can you provide answers to the following questions?

What version of QlikView are you using?

Are all your Qlik NPrinting components using the same version (i.e. Server / Engine / Designer)? 

Does the Qlik NPrinting Service account have access to the proper Admin groups on the QlikView Server? 

Are you using Local or QVP connections in your App - Connection in the Qlik NPrinting WebConsole?
