@NicolasRivas I checked and we still had the install files saved, I've put them up in my FileCloud for you to download, keep in mind this version is no longer supported in any way:

I don't think 16 had an Engine component...thats all the files we had for 16.9

Hi @NicolasRivas

16.9 version has only Designer and Server as it is completely diffrent product to what currently supported NPrinting is. Files provided by @David_Friend are everything you need.

Note that that version is no longer supported so you may experience issues with it as it may no longer work with current versions of MsOffice. I am assuming you need those for migration to currently supported version. If not then I strongly recommend planning migration process.

cheers

Hi @NicolasRivas

I suggest you contact support and provide them with the exact version you need as there were many versions 16.XX and you need to tell the specific one you need.

Hi,

Contact the support team, as per @Lech_Miszkiewicz suggestion, and they will send you the two setup files: one for the Designer and one for the Server. There is not Engine because 16.* is mono-engine and it is included in the server. If you are not an expert in installing 16.* I also suggest to hire a consultant. Please do a backup of the QlikView NPrinting project files.

Immediately after having a working installation of QlikView NPrinting 16.* migrate to a supported version. Migration process is well documented here https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2025/Content/NPrinting/Migrate/Migrating.htm or ask the help of a consultant skilled in that process.

If I remember well, 16.* went out of support on March 2020.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
