HI experts,
I am currently facing issue of NPrinting 17 . I have generated connection the Cache status shows generating always. I have restart services as well as Nprinting server. in addition I have restart Qlikview services please help.

HI Team,
I got solution as below:
1. Stop all Nprinting Services.
2. Take Backup of all Folder C:\Program Data\Nprinting
3. Delete Nprinting folder.
4. Restore server
5. Restart Nprinting Services
6. Copy All files from backup file in Nprinting folder and store back to the C:\Program Data\Nprinting\
7. Reload Metadata.
It work for Me.

Hi Arvind,
no need to do every time deleting the folder and all.
[even i got the same when i was in starting np] last 5months i didnt get the same issue.
try to restrt the machine and server wait for some time it will be works fine,
and i believe latest Np version that bug is fixed.
