NPrinting 19 issue - Exporting JPEG is showing "NO DATA TO DISPLAY" message in output file

Hi All,

I am encountering an issue while migrating report from Np16 to NP19.

In NP16, we have built a report with QlikView object using object id (it is a bar chart in Qlikview) instead of creating a template and exporting that in JPEG format which is working fine.

I have rebuilt the report in NP19(Nov 19 version) using QlikEntity option and used same filters what we have in Np16 but whenever I export/run task Nprinting 19, the output is showing  "No data to display" message (if I remove filters, it is showing All expressions are disabled). 

Note: Expressions in Qlikview Bar chart are conditional based.

Let say -

View = 'SO' then measure X, 

View = 'PO' then measure Y

Dear Vamshi,

 Images in NP16 that are set to 'stretch' will need to be changed to 'fit inside' in NP 19 once you imported the template to prevent the image from being blown up in size.

Hi Deepak,

Both NP 16 and NP19, using QLikEntity option (pulling report using Object ID). So, there is no edit template option in both instance.

However, we tried using PixelPerfect report option but still it is showing the same output

The issue has been resolved by adding Currency format filter in the NP 19 filter panel.

While passing filters from NP19, Currency filter selection is being deselected automatically, not sure why it is happening. Hence, passing this filter along with other filters from NP 19 got fixed the issue.
