Hi,
I am currently setting up NPrinting specifically for Qlik Sense.
I was wondering whether it is possible to create a role to allow users to see their applications only rather than see All Apps or specify which apps they are allowed to see.
Is this possible please?
Thanks!
Hi,
Move on the right column the apps you want to authorize.
Best Regards,
Ruggero

Hi Ruggero,
Thanks for your reply.
Do you know if it is possible for developers to automatically see apps which they create?
Right now, we have cases were a user (assigned a developer role) is able to create a new app - however he is not allowed to see the app which he created unless an admin manually gives permission for this user to access his own app.
Thanks
A user with roles that give him/her the rights to access only to some apps will see only that apps on the Apps page.
Check the roles you assigned to the user. If he has many roles be sure that the apps list is consistent.
Best Regards,
Ruggero

Please create a Security Role as
"Administrator" as all option selected.
"Developer" with All Apps and other options selected for Apps, connections, filters, conditions, reports, etc.
"Finance Developer" with only selected Finance apps (refer screen shot in Ruggero reply) and other options as Developer.
"Marketing Developer" with only selected Marketing apps ans other options as Developer.
"User" with selected apps with published apps all options selected.
These are an example. You can decide who can fit to which Role.
Developer should be in Developer Role so Developer has access to all apps.
