NPrinting Bug fixed?

Hi Qlik Community,

we've got a phenomenon with the NPrinting Version 16.2.0.

If we want to include a Chart from QlikView to an Excel from NPrinting the Software works 5 - 10 minutes after the Preview can be opened. The Preview shows just an empty Sheet. There is no Chart.

If we include a Table from the same QlikView Application, there is no problem.

We tried to use other formats for the Preview but with the same results.

Question: Is this fixed with the Version 16.3.0?

did you have this problem in prior versions (16.1) or did you notice it since 16.2?

Unfortunately I am on 16.1 but use both charts and tables without issue

Hi, Annika.

Have you checked whether you have any NPrinting filters that exclude data from the Chart ? Also, try deleting the object id from the template and reapply it again in case the object is corrupted.

Hi Neil,

We had this Problem in prior Versions.

We Checked the filters and deleted the object Id form the Template.

The Problem is still the same.
