NPrinting - Cache generation failed: Request has been purged due to connection errors

Hi,

I've just started getting the following error 'Cache generation failed: Request has been purged due to connection errors' when I reload the metadata for some of my connections within NPrinting. This error seems to be document specific as I can reload the metadata for all my other connections, and also create new ones.

I'm using N Printing v17.5 and Qlikview v12

Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I also suggest upgrading to the latest version of NPrinting to leverage vastly improved logging, bug fixes and performance enhancements.
