So my question is: "What you don't understand from this error" It says it all, right? Are you meeting those requirements?

Are you using DOMAIN account to run NPrinitng services as per requirements?

The Identity is a Windows domain user.

The user in the Identity field must be a Windows domain user, and it must be enabled in Active Directory.

Qlik NPrinting and Qlik Sense must be installed on the same domain.

btw..

I get the same error when i install Nprinting on my laptop together with Qlik Sense server installed also on my laptop and i use local users to run services.

Although it actually can work (you can still generate metadata) it is officially not supported configuration...

Hi,

Is your NPrinting service account for the engine a root admin in qlik sense?

Best regards,

Hi Alexis @Alexis_Touet

re you question: "Is your NPrinting service account for the engine a root admin in qlik sense?"  why would that matter?

If it is not Root Admin you will not be able to pass many other checks, especially those where there is an access to QSR DB required. The error for me usually appears if you are working on NPrinting which is not connected to domain controller.

regards

Lech
