NPrinting Designer - Powerpoint window offset

Hi,

when I opened NPrinting Designer today to continue the design of a Powerpoint report, the actual Powerpoint slide window was offset as shown on the attached picture. I can zoom out to see the full slide, but the big grey area on the right side remains.

Does anyone have the same issue and is there a solution?
I tried restarting the computer and stopping all powerpoint addins already.

Hi,

Set the video zoom level at 100%. This is the same issue as in https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-NPrinting-Discussions/NPrinting-designer-crashing/m-p/1664365
