NPrinting Designer - The current user could not be authenticated

Hi,

I installed NPrinting Designer on my laptop. (Feb 2024 SR2. The NPrinting Server is also on the same version.)

However, when NPrinting Designer needs to launch (during edit template), I getting a "the current user not be authenticated" error.

Here is the thing, I have 2 NPrinting servers deployed (both on the same version). One of the server is access directly via it's DNS URL. The other server is accessed via the DNS URL of it's reverse proxy (Azure Application Gateway).

The Server that is accessed directly by it's DNS URL is working ok. But the NPrinting server that is access behind the reverse proxy is giving the error.

I'm using the same account to access both NPrinting servers.

Anyone could give a hint what could probably the caused of the error?

Thank you and looking forward for some feedback.

Elbert Flores Jr.

Hi

This looks to me exactly like the steps from documentation here:

Hi Lech,

Thanks for pointing me to the link. Good to know that a second authentication to NPrinting Designer is really expected. However, the Qlik NPrinting Designer Login page is not appearing properly in our case. Please see attached screen shots.

Thank you,

Elbert
