Hi Brooks,

Again, this is not really controlled by NPrinting. You will need to check the SMTP server logs to see why e-mails sent to addresses outside the domain are getting blocked. I suspect that you have some kind of rule that does the blocking.

For testing I use Smtp4Dev that is an SMTP server that simulates the e-mail sending process. When you enter this SMTP server's details into NPrinting and test a task, you will see how e-mails from NPrinting would be sent out outside of your Exchange environment.

Hi Brooks,

NPrinting simply sends e-mails to the SMTP server whose details you provide in File > Options > E-mail settings. You should get the required details from your SMTP server administrator - I don't think anyone outside your organization will be able to help with that.

It is the SMTP server admin actually asking.

It was only sending emails inside the domain but outside the domain they are getting blocked.

The email address setup for NPrint works to send emails outside the domain, but not when coming from inside NPrint.

Emails being used inside NPrint will go outside the domain if using a different account.

Hi Daniel,

I'm new to NPrinting and I don't know why I can't get the email from my SMTP server(office 365 stmp server).

And then I saw your advice above and I download the smtp4dev, could you tell me how to use that?

Thanks.
