NPrinting Error with Sending Email

Dears,

i'm working on the NPrinting from 7 month and i already setup the email setting and during these month everything amazing, but yesterday the email not sent and i debug it and it gave me this error: Error While Sending a Message  (incorrect authentication data) .

i reconfigure the setting again with the same configuration but it give me the same error (incorrect authentication data).

any help on this.

i solve it it was an fair wall issue.

jood_ahmad- which version u r using because am also stuck in the email issue i using NP17 SR1 ..can you please suggesting me what kind of error accrued in fire wall and how to resolve that
