NPrinting Error

Hi All,

We have an issue while the scheduled NPrinting tasks are getting triggered from Server.

When we trigger the same manually it works fine.

We have the same service account through which QV.exe and NPrinting.exe are running

The error screenshot is attached.

Can any one provide the solution.

Then your server has some issue with accessing the local folder check with the server admin team once

check AD - and security. Maybe NPrinting account lost an access to that folder.

There might be some access issue with the folders. You can try it by removing Service account from Administrator folder and then add the same .After it restart the services. Hope it helps.

does service account have a qv license, USER CAL?, maybe it was taken off or re-allocated to somebody else?
