NPrinting Filters

We have a job that runs each week and sends out information to individual users based on a filter for that user.  This has been working for weeks, but this week it started failing. The issue is that it is applying the filter for the first recipient in the task, but then clearing the filter and not applying any filters after that first one. So the first person gets their correct report, but everyone else gets the full data set.  Any suggestions?

Hello,

It sounds like you may have conflicting Filters.

I'm not sure what version of Qlik NPrinting you are using, but you can have Filters set on the following items:

App / Report / User / Task

Please see the following article that states how they could possibly be incorrectly applied:

 
Also, the Qlik NPrinting Scheduler logging (in NPrinting 17.x and newer) may have some clues as to why the Filter is not being applied correctly.
