NPrinting Help Applying Filters

I am trying to create a board pack based off this document. however different charts require different filters selected.

Firstly i select the carrier which reduces the Divisions. I then need to apply the following 2 filters.

The 2 filters i need are

  • Select Possible Values where Name not like Ireland (Green)
  • Select Possible values where name like Ireland (Yellow)

I am having problems with selecting the possible values after the carrier filter has been applied as well as filtering on divisions where the name isn't Ireland.
