NPrinting .NET Framework error

We are rolling out NPrinting On-Demand to some of our end-users.  They are running into an issue where they are not able to save the pdf file that was created to a network drive.  If they save to their desktop it is working fine.

As I did some testing myself, I received the following Microsoft .NET Framework error.  

Then after continuing to test, I eventually received the below error.

Is anyone else encountering a similar problem?

Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
