NPrinting Task executions date format (PM)

Hello Frank and others from support,

I have a question regarding NPrinting Task executions date format (PM).

Created  timestamp is now presented as 'November 19, 2024 01:00PM' (As well as Last updated)

I prefer                                                      'November 19, 2024 13:00' and believe this was the setting last week...

We have rebooted the server last weekend, but should not have affected anything, right?

Where can i change this setting in NPrinting?

Thanks in advance!

Best regards, Johan

Hi @JohanL74

Those settings are dependant on 2 factors: user Locale settings and Regional settings of the server. Depending on those you may have different formats shown. For testing just change your user locale settings from English to German and you will see it for yourself. Lech_Miszkiewicz_0-1732097347502.png

Hi Lech,

thanks for quick answer. We have checked region and time settings on NPrinting server with svcnprint-account (both Windows login as well as NPrinting login):

* region=Netherlands;

* regional format = Dutch (Netherlands);

---> Regional format data: correctly presented as Short time = 15:41

NPrinting user setting: Time zone= Europe/Amsterdam

Locale=English

This did not change Time format in Task executions.

After that I changed my user setting in NPrinting: Locale=English --> Deutsch:

This changed Time format in Task executions:

So i got what i wanted 🙂

But: all in German now...., will there be anything in Dutch (in the future)?

Thank you,

Johan
