NPrinting connect to multi-node Qlik Sense using DNS with certificate validation

Hi,

I have multi-node Qlik Sense to ensure high availability. I am trying to connect NPrinting to Qlik Sense using the NLB (Network load balancer) IP/DNS.  If I add the proxy address to be friendlyname.doman.com, NPrinting shows error: "X Installed certificates are valid to connect to Qlik Sense".

When I disable the "Apply Qlik Sense server certificate validation" option, or change the proxy to nodehostname.domain.com it works.

Is there a way to connect using NLP DNS while keeping the option ticked?

Hello ,

I've edited my response , please note the following :

1. NLB connection isn't supported by Nprinting.

2. The "Apply Qlik Sense server certificate validation" is available in the May 2023 version and forward. 

3. Unchecking that box would revert back to prior version behavior. 

4. If you would like that functionality please use the below article and complete configuration for server validations.
