I redid the whole thing => created new .nsq with exactly similar filters etc. I used the old templates (which the scheduled run did not find) as basis to save some manual effort and then saved them with new names (just to be sure)... and what-do-you-know, it started working. So I do not know what went wrong in the initial nsq-files but the recreated nsq:s are running ok with scheduling.
So problem solved though I do not know what the actual problem was caused by.
