NPrinting service doesn't start automatically

Hi all,

after upgrading QlikView Server to 11.20 SR16 and NPrinting 16 SR6, Nprinting service doesn't start automatically but only manually.

Then, when it's running, NPrinting works correctly but to stop scheduled actions we need to restart the server every time.

Any suggest?
