Could someone please explain to me how subscriptions work? All the materials I have found on the Qlik NPrinitng website and other resources explain how to set them up, but I am wondering if they automatically schedule tasks in the task executions that the users have access to?
We basically setup the distribution and included the users as groups that should have access to certain reports. We segmented them by groups and published to the newsstand and an initial email.
In this scenario, what do subscriptions do? What would happen if one of our users setup a subscription?
