NPritning Report Task failed because file already open

Hi Guys,

Overview:

• I have an excel report which gets published twice a day on a network folder.
• This file is used by 4 to 5 users.
• File has dynamic name as 'YYYY-DD-Report'
• It gets overwritten every time with latest data.

Problem : If that spreadsheet is already open in any computer then the nPrinting Report task fails.

What is the possible solution to prevent this ? so even when the file is opened somewhere then nPrinting can still overwrite it !

As per my knowledge its not possible to overwrite the file when it is opened
