End users just need a browser to reach NPrinting NewStand which is hosted by an NPrinting server. The user does not need to have anything installed except for a supported browser:
However, the user must be pre-registered in the NPrinting console with a userID, email, locale, and language setting. You can create the user manually in the NPrinting Console or batch import the user(s) from an EXCEL Import file or an LDAP server using a User Import Task.
You can use WINDOWS, SAML, or NPRINTING native authentication to handle the authentication of the user and it supports SSO with WINDOWS or SAML.
