Nprinting 17 activate

Hi Expert

I have a problem when i try to activate the license in server using nprinting 17, the license is ok because i can apply in other server

what could be? ports?

I open the ports:

443

4242

4243

4993

4994

4995

4996

5672

another thing to check? to activate the license ok?

Do you have a active connection to the internet on that specific server?

Otherwise try to get the LEF manually through: Manual LEF

And add it manually in the LEF field on the activation tab.

I solve the problem generate the lef manual and activate offline

acces to this url to do it offline:

https://localhost:4993/#/admin/license/offline?username=xxxx&organization=xxxxxxxx

This give the possibility to not try to connect to the web and do it offline
