Some apps failed in QMC where we try to trigger to reload metadata in Nprinting for one app. We have try to reduce the amount of data, but still problems. The size of the app is about 300 MB.
We get this error message:
My QlikView version is april 2019 og Nprinting september 2019.
I have a Qlik support case open re this. I am still investigating. however as a workaround you can use failover solution (login to partner portal before reading support article):
I increased logging on RestConnector , Qlik Sense Engine and NPrinting and I am hoping to catch an error. Once I have it I will be checking logs again to see for details.
