Nprinting Connection issue Engine

Hello,

I'am creation a new connection to an application with Nprinting April 2018 I have an error

I cheked the licence Nprinting is activated on the server (machine where I installed NPrinting server and NPrinting Engine) and it's alsow activated on the machine I run the NPrinting Designer.

I restart all services but I still have this problem.

Some help please?

I found the solution, I connect to the machine where I installed Qlik NPrinting Server with the admin account and activate the Qlikview licence
