Nprinting Error Generation Report

Hello,

I'm trying to generate some Nprinting report on a different server.

The fact is that I need to write my user and password to access this folder.

So if I try to generate the report, NPrinting says that the user and password are wrong.

Is there any way to avoid using those credentials?

Thans in advice.

Arturo

Hi,

I finally solved the problem. Just using UNC paths on folders.

Thank you!

Hi,

Based on your post I suppose you are distributing reports to folders. Details and requirements are listed in the help site page https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2022/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Folder-dest...

I think you need to work on Windows policies to grant writing privileges to the Windows user that runs the Qlik NPrinting Scheduler service.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
