Nprinting Excel Report issue for QlikView Report

Getting this error when I try exporting Nprinting model from version16 to version17. Need help on how to resolve this. I even tried deleting all entities and still not able to preview. 

Need help!

Even I am facing the same issue . Can anyone help me with this ? I am guessing that it might be a compatibility issue but I need more details on resolution.

It looks like CH386 is missing either in the source data or in the template editor possibly as well.

We are able to see all those objects in editor but still we are getting same error and Even when we are not using that object in report  template.

This happens every time when I export template along with the objects from 16 to 17 , So because of that its becoming  problem to me to add every object from the scratch.

Please let me know if there are any other possibilities for this one

Hi,

Please refresh the connection cache and test again. Be sure that you have installed latest version of Qlik NPrinting Server and the same version of the Designer.

 You could also use the Check Entities feature from the Qlik NPrinting Designer.
