Nprinting Image cropped

Hello Qlik Experts,

I have a Nprinting problem with one of my customers, which I can't reproduce on our system:

For all QS objects, the image is cropped during Nprinting, see Fig.

QS 10 Rows

NP-Image 3 Rows (No Filters set)

When adding Bar-Charts as Image the x-axis will be cropped.

Does anyone knows what happening here?

What sizing options are used when you preview them in NPrinting Designer?

Also,

• please update label to reflect the version of NPrinting in question
• please provide Qlik Sense version - we want to ensure it is supported configuration

Have the source Qlik Sense default sheet dimensions in which the object resides been changed/extended?

If so, this could also be the cause of the issue.
