Alguien que me pueda ayudar con este error en Nprinting

the preview request dalied with message: section access is required for report generation but user identity is not specified

Hi, this seem self explanatory, right? 

There is something wrong with section access. you can check following:

• does your source document have section access
• does user which you are using to preview report exist in section access table
• is your connection in nprinting configured properly to allow for section access and according to requirements from https://help.qlik.com?
