Nprinting Reports not started/Distributed

Hello Team,

We have several nprinting reports run on scheduled basis daily but all of sudden reports not executed in the morning and when we see the next execution date ,it's showing yesterday date and we manually triggered the reports. We have checked the services but Nprinting repo services went offline so then we have restarted the services and it's working fine now.

I'm curious to know the reason for this why all of sudden the automatic reports not executed and Not sure how to find the root cause for this.

Checked the event logs but don't see any error with this.

Can you please help me on this ?

Version :Qlik NPrinting May 2022 SR4( 22.15.14.0)

Thanks in advance.

or

If you are not rebooting regularly so, please arrange to reboot your servers monthly or even every two weeks to mitigate memory leaking. This is  a quick way to mitigate the need to restart services during business hours.

Hi,

Please add only the label of the version you are using.

To find more details about the publish tasks open the related page in the Task Execution page and check the information that appears https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2024/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Tasks/.... Then you can also check the log files https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2024/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Loggin....

I'm sorry but we have too few details to try to understand what could happened.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
