Nprinting Server 17 Compatible with QlikView Server 11?

HI All,

I already install the Nprinting server 17 and engine in my server. However, when  I want to create a connection to QlikView server is show me the error "One or more engine are not working". Besides, all the require port are open and connect to local qvw is working fine in my Nprinting server. Anyone know what is problem? My QlikView server is version 11, is the version affect the connect between Nprinting with QlikView?

QlikView 11.20 SR5 and above are supported.

What type of connection are you using? Local/server/cluster? And what did you enter for the connection parameters?

A NPrinting service account must have a Qlikview Named License.

And you have to log in with nprinting service account and make a leasing license from your qlikview server.

To make a connections it's very recommended you use a QVP path to generate your reports.
