Nprinting issue when setting up connection with Qlik Sense app

Hi When i am setting up connection to a QVF file which has section access i am getting an error. But when i edit the connection to point to an app without section access it works fine. Any ideas on how to connect to an app with section access. We are using Nprinting version 17.3.1 and Qlik Sense 3X.

Hi,

Start from adding Nprinting account user to your section access in your QlikSense app.

Then when creating connection to Qlik Sense app put this domain\user in Identity field
