Given that you want to do demo for client you must be Qlik partner. In such case contact your account manager to provide you with sales slides deck - they may have one. Also the fact that you want to do demo to client must mean you are a fluent user/developer who has broad knowledge about a product therefore you can just use help site to create bullet points of information you require for your presentation:
