Nprinting sending blank reports

hello,

i have been facing strange issue while working with NPrinting. I have QV 11.2 SR13 and NPrinting 16.3.

i have batches to run NPrintng jobs and those batches are called in QVW. When i reload QVW manually/Frontend NP sends correct reports with values over mail. But when i run above QVW on QMC it sends blank data files and charts with "Allocated Memory Exceeded" error.

  1. QV and NP running on Same account.

Please help on this. thanks in advance.
