Hi @yonggangsong

There is not enough information on how your task is setup. We may need to understand the schedule you have created, triggers which trigger this task, number of recipients, whether recipients have filters which will get applied. How long this task typically takes?

Understanding workflow and reloads on Qlik Sense and NPrinitng side will help including:

  • When your Qlik Sense app gets reloaded
  • When your NPrinting task starts
  • Making sure that there is no overlap in those processes

I hope you can share more detail and light on how this is setup to help us understand what is happening.

Also if you leave that task running what do you see in task executions?

cheers

Lech

Hi,

Please note that this is a community of volunteers that share their knowledge for free. There is not a service level agreement to assure you fast answers to urgent requests. For urgent issues please send us a support ticket.

About the specific question I would like to add the suggestion, to the @Lech_Miszkiewicz ones, to check the log files https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Logging.htm also in debug mode if normal mode doesn't show any specific error. Be also sure that all Engines are online (green status) and check that the used connections have all the Run Verification point marked in green and that you can refresh the cache.

Check also that you are able to preview all reports in the publish task from the Designer.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
