On Demand objects stopped working

Hello All -

I have a few dashboards with On Demand objects and they simply quit working. I haven't made any changes... Where do I start to investigate the problem?

Spoke to support on this. A couple of take-aways... NPrinting doesn't support Network Load Balancing, though it might work, make sure ports 9000 and 9001 aren't blocked, and use the server name instead of the  IP address in the objects, just in case something changes.
