On demand report failure

We have an on demand report set up in Qlik Sense (Enterprise - November 2025 patch 1) using Nprinting (Qlik NPrinting February 2025 Version: 25.5.2.0) that works pretty well until I add a Qlik Sense Chart image to the Nprinting template. Then the request runs for about 10 minutes and comes back as failed. 

Digging into the log files revealed the following error:

It looks like a time out error, but I have no idea how to trouble shoot this further. The image (chart) is attached for reference - it's rendered from a single Dimension and a single Measure. Any insights on this will be greatly appreciated!

Hi @aschmeelk 

1. Is this chart a Qlik Sense charts with Chart suggestions enabled? To include charts created using chart suggestions in Qlik NPrinting reports, disable Chart suggestions.
2. Does the report work when you preview it in NPrinting Designer?
3. Does the report work when you run it via task scheduler?
4. Is the app meeting all requirements / has no unsupported objects as documented in NPrinting documentation on https://help.qlik.com ?
5. have you rebooted servers?
