Open Unsolved Case

I raised a case, which was unsolved. But it is invisible right now. Case no was 00159271. Request you to re-open the case. Or advice me to solve this issue.

Just log back into the support site and make a comment on the case in order to continue pursuing a resolution.

This action will automatically reopen the support case.

I found the case in RESOLVED as Closed status.
