PPT Report Design Error

Hi Friends,

I am getting attached error while designing PPT report in Nprinting 17.3.0

Please help to get it resolve.

Hi,

 

Update to latest release November 2018 and try again. 

In February 2018 we solved many bugs with previewing PowerPoint reports. A couple of other bugs are solved by November 2018 release. So first of all we must be sure that you are not experiencing on of the solved issues.

Ruggero is correct.

You should upgrade to NP 18 November release to leverage the most uptodate and advanced logging in this version.

In the meantime, try to:

1. Open the NPrinting report template editor

2. Under the 'Tables' object in the template editor on the left side of the screen under 'connections' Right click on chart object CH31 and select 'update' from the context menu.

It's possible that your chart 31 has changed in your QVW. As a result, you will need to update the report template chart object as well using the steps above.
