Problem with Preview on Npritning Designer 17.3

So I am trying to click on Preview on the Designer and it is giving me this error..any ideas why?

I have created a new connection and did click the Section Access option too to try. I'm lost..cannot find any help

Are you able to generate the metadata cache?

If your source QlikView document has section access applied, you will not get in without specifying valid credentials that allow you to open the document. Clicking the "Connection requires authentication" checkbox by itself (as you stated) is not enough.

Sorry forgot to mention that I am using QlikSense!

and yes I am able to generate the Connection Cache MetaData and it says Generated.

I have re created the connection and as I assumed that before I have not checked the Apply user Section access for reports, I have left it unticked and it seems that it works now!
