Run verification in stuck to Initializing process only

Hello,

We have upgraded Nprinting from June'18 to November'18. After upgrading, Connection Run verification process in not moving from "Initializing" stage and it is stuck.

QlikView Server version is 12.10.20300.0

Kindly assist with the solutions.

Is your NPrinitng engine online in NPrinting admin console?

Have entered the password for engine certificates as per requirements? This step was not required in the past, so i thought i would check with you first/
