If you click on Create is the cache created? If not did you checked the Qlik NPrinting Engine logs?

Be also sure to had met all the requirements to create Qlik Sense connections:

Hi,

Please check if you have at least one Qlik NPrinting Engine installed, configured and enabled as described in https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2022/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/Disabling-a-Qli...

I'm able to reproduce your issue only when all Qlik NPrinting Engines are disabled.

Best Regards,

Ruggero

@shus_lopez do you have any other connections to your QlikSense system that are working already?
