I have a report with a lot of data for different merchants,
I'd like to send a separate email with filtered data for every merchant separately
There are about 1000 different merchants in a report
Could someone help me how to do that via Nprinting
Many thanks in advance
this topic was discussed so many times on community that i only give you high level info as details are already there-just use search or simply google.
cheers
Further to Lech's point, you may wish to manually add user filters one by one as a test bed before implementing the User Import to import users.
So I'd suggest

@Frank_S Thank you,
One more question - because merchants do not have a domain address how we can skip it
Is there a special dummy domain that I can create for all such merchants?
If I leave that filed empty I've got an error - @Unable to relay recipient in non-accepted domain
Many thanks in advance
Hi,
Each user mush have a different main email address but the domain user is not mandatory. You can simply let the domain user field empty.

Hi,
Yes user has a unique email and I left the domain user field empty
But when publishing a task I'm getting t an error
Failed to send email for user .... ERROR: 5.7.54 SMTP; Unable to relay recipient in non-accepted domain
Does anyone know where and how to fix this?
Many thanks in advance
Hi,
This is an error of the SMTP server, not of Qlik NPrinting. The SMTP server is refusing to deliver emails that come from Qlik NPrinting because it is not trusting in it. It is an anti-spam setting that need to be modified in the SMTP server, for example by adding the Qlik NPrinting default sender email in the SMTP server white list.
I suggest you to contact the SMTP server administrator.
Best Regards,
Ruggero
