Service 'Qlik NPrinting Scheduler' could not be installed
Hello Folks,
I'm attempting to update my NPrinting installation from 17.3 to NPrinting Nov 2017. When I get to the NPrinting Server setup, I get the following error which reads:
Serivce 'Qlik NPrinting Scheduler' could not be installed. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services.
Keep in mind, that I'm using the same credentials as the current NPrinting server is running, and I'm running the installer as an admin. Any help is greatly appreciated.
EDIT
Here are some of the logs that I've got.

I was able to get back to the old version by restoring the VM snapshot. This time, I stopped the services using the service manager, and not the task manager whenever possible. I assume that when I killed the NPrinting services in the Task Manager, they didn't shutdown gracefully, and that's what messed up my upgrade process.
Once I did that, I was able to sail through upgrading with no problems.
