Task Stuck at "Test warning"

Dear all,

I tried to create an import task to import users (with modified settings). But after I "Test Run" it, it stuck at the warning stage.

I can't stop/reset/delete the task. I've restarted the server and it is still stuck. What can I do?

Manage to abort the task in the Admin -> Task executions page.
